Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing, shop, or field environment.
• Working knowledge of Texas and federal employment requirements.
• Experience supporting employee relations, advising supervisors, recruiting, and onboarding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS, and business systems.
• Ability to work independently on-site while partnering with Corporate HR.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
