Job summary

The role combines data governance, dashboards, and lifecycle support, with UKG expertise and confidentiality. You will collaborate across HR, IT, and Finance to deliver accurate reporting and compliant systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years HRIS/HR operations or HR data/reporting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Preferred: UKG report‑writing experience; SQL or Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must pass all required company testing (background check, drug).

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on HRIS data structures and relationships.
• Manage day-to-day HRIS data operations and data quality.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Conduct compensation analysis to support merit cycles.
• Analyze data and present findings to HR leadership.
• Build relationships across the organization to deliver insights.
• Develop and maintain data definitions and standard procedures.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes.
• Escalate data quality and reporting needs to HR leadership.
• Process employee lifecycle transactions in UKG.
• Ensure new hires are entered and set up for first day.
• Assist with mileage reimbursement and payroll data maintenance.
• Monitor employment law changes across states to maintain compliance.
