Job summary

WesleyLife in Des Moines, IA seeks an HRIS Analyst to serve as the primary support and report developer for UKG and related HR systems. You will maintain system functionality, troubleshoot issues, develop end-user education, and support upgrades and new modules while enabling robust data reporting and analytics.

The role collaborates with payroll, finance, and IT, leads the HRIS Steering Committee, and drives continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Three+ years in an IT or HRIS customer-facing role.
Experience with UKG strongly preferred.
Strong communication to translate system changes for end-users.
Project management skills for upgrades and implementations.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated customer service through in-person, phone and email interactions.

Responsibilities

HR Systems Management: be the go-to expert for UKG modules and maintain functionality and daily operations.
Super-User & Project Lead: coordinate upgrades, new modules, and system integrations.
Training & Support: develop training tools for new hires and end-users.
Data Reporting & Analytics: extract and create meaningful reports to support decisions.
Payroll & Systems Support: collaborate with payroll and finance on maintenance.
Continuous Improvement: lead the HRIS Steering Committee.
