Job summary

CRH Management, LLC in Wichita, KS seeks an HR Systems & Operations Analyst to manage HRIS, analyze data, develop reports, and drive process improvements that enable informed decision making across the HR function.

You will partner with HR, IT, and Finance to ensure data integrity, build dashboards for turnover, headcount, and compensation, support employee lifecycle transactions in UKG, and help maintain compliant HR processes while safeguarding confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of HRIS/HR operations or HR data/reporting experience.
• Excel proficiency incl. pivot tables and data analysis.
• Preferred: UKG reporting; SQL/Power BI; DOT/FMCSA familiarity and I-9/E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• HRIS data management, validation, audits, and issue resolution.
• Develop, test, and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
• Conduct compensation analytics for merit cycles and plans.
• Analyze data for leadership insights and strategic planning.
• Support HR operations: lifecycle transactions and compliance.
