Job summary

OSU Foundation in Stillwater, Oklahoma, seeks a on-site HRIS Administrator to own UKG and related HR technology. You will ensure data accuracy, optimize workflows, and provide employee support with reporting and analytics.

The role collaborates with Payroll, IT, and HR partners to test changes, document procedures, and drive system enhancements. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years HRIS/UKG experience are preferred, along with strong Microsoft 365 skills and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, information systems, business, data analytics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of progressive HRIS/HR technology experience.
• Experience supporting UKG and HR data management.
• Working knowledge of core HR processes and data integrity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary UKG administrator for HR systems and data.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and ongoing system improvements.
• Prepare reports, analytics, and dashboards for HR leadership.
