Job summary

Fres-co System USA, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in Pleasanton, CA to support HR operations, recruiting coordination, onboarding, employee data management, and compliance. You’ll help deliver a positive employee experience in a fast-paced construction environment.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Operations and Corporate Support Teams to ensure smooth HR processes and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 0–2 years of HR or administrative experience.
• Experience with HRIS or ATS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities including interview scheduling, candidate communications, career fairs, and recruiting events.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, recognition, and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate employee communications and HR events.
