Job summary

Hueman is seeking an Onsite Resource Coordinator to support high-volume hiring and workforce planning at Fremont, CA. You will partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and operations leaders to attract talent and guide candidates from application through onboarding.

You’ll oversee the full recruiting lifecycle, manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and provide a smooth candidate experience that aligns with our employer brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or workforce planning experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work onsite in Fremont, CA.
• Ability to stand for up to four hours during hiring events.
• Flexibility for occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering with hiring managers and operations leaders to meet staffing goals.
• Oversee candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews and onboarding activities, and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
• Create an outstanding candidate experience as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring process, including answering questions and guiding pre-employment requirements.
• Partner with onsite leadership to participate in workforce planning discussions and share labor market insights to improve hiring outcomes.
• Drive results by maintaining recruiting data, monitoring metrics, and identifying trends to improve recruiting effectiveness.
