KCG Search is recruiting an on-site HR Coordinator for a Newark, CA manufacturing client. You will be a visible resource on the production floor, partnering with supervisors and site leadership to support employees and keep day-to-day HR operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include onboarding, recruiting, timekeeping and employee documentation, supporting payroll, and handling worker's compensation and training tracking. California employment practices knowledge is important.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of HR, HR administration, recruiting, payroll or related experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with onboarding, recruiting, timekeeping and employee documentation.
• Familiarity with California employment practices.
• HRIS/payroll system experience.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as an onsite HR resource for employees and supervisors.
• Support employee relations, attendance and performance documentation.
• Coordinate recruiting for manufacturing, skilled-trades and administrative positions.
• Manage onboarding, orientation, employee records and offboarding.
• Support payroll, timekeeping and employee-status changes.
• Assist with workers' compensation and workplace-injury documentation.
• Track training, certifications and employee qualifications.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
• Partner closely with corporate HR and site leadership.
