Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience.
• 2+ years of HRIS experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, formulas).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee information in HRIS (UKG/Kronos).
• Process new hire transactions and employee record changes.
• Support payroll with timesheet corrections.
• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Answer questions about benefits, payroll, and policies.
• Assist with HR systems and self-service tools.
• Support communications and town hall meetings.
• Maintain confidential personnel records.
• Partner with management on policy implementation and employee relations.
• Provide front-line HR support as first point of contact.
