Qualifications

• Minimum education as stated in the posting.
• At least 3 years of HR experience with preference for long-term care.
• Experience in hiring, onboarding, retention planning and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor applicant flow in the tracking system and coordinate with recruiters.
• Update applicants daily within the tracking system.
• Support managers and administrator with retention planning.
• Coordinate employment processing for new hires (I-9, forms, licenses, background checks).
• Schedule new hire orientation and manage employee problem resolution reports.
• Complete injury reports and manage benefit enrollment.
• Maintain up-to-date employment document files.
