Bealls Inc is hiring an onsite Human Resources Coordinator in Jacksonville, TX to support HR programs, employee relations and performance management. You will collaborate with Logistics and Corporate HR on benefits and payroll processes, ensuring policy adherence and data integrity.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field (or equivalent) and at least 3 years in HR or operations, with bilingual capabilities preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources or Operations experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Haitian Creole) preferred.
• Fundamental knowledge of HR management and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and group communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRIS (Oracle, Legions) and ATS (Taleo) preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing needs.
• Self-directed, multitasking and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Act as an employee champion and change agent by assessing HR-related needs.
• Build partnerships across HR to deliver services aligned to business objectives.
• Implement and administer Bealls HR policies and procedures.
• Provide daily guidance on employee relations and performance management.
• Support HR programs to improve the associate experience.
• Partner on benefit administration including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and open enrollment.
• Assist with enrollment forms, FMLA and STD questions and third-party follow-ups.
• Coordinate payroll/timekeeping issues and pay-related concerns.
• Process associate forms like ECWC, Termination, Review, Counseling, and I-9 documentation.
• Maintain and update HR data and engage in employee engagement activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and escalate matters to HR Manager or HR Director.
