The Collier Companies is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor and executioner for HR services across our multi-state portfolio. This on-site role in Gainesville, FL, partners with department leaders to navigate complex employee relations, leave, workers’ compensation, and compliance while driving HR excellence.

This senior position emphasizes autonomy, SOP development, and Paycom automation, with coaching to managers and collaboration across HR functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience across core HR functions.
• Multi-state compliance and employment law knowledge.
• Experience advising managers and leading HR projects.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Paycom and HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advisory and execution across assigned departments and teams.
• Manage employee relations casework with HR leadership.
• Oversee leave administration and workers’ compensation.
• Coach and advise people managers across departments and states.
• Develop SOPs and lead HR technology automation initiatives.
• Ensure multi-state compliance and data integrity across HR systems.
