Job summary

Suddath is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support frontline HR activities within a Jacksonville warehouse setting. You will provide on-site HR support, interpret policies for managers and staff, and assist with onboarding, HRIS changes, and payroll-related inquiries.

The role requires 3+ years in HR, strong communication, and experience with HRIS systems (Workday or UKG). A Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is preferred, with relocation and lifelong learning benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in an HR role.
• Experience handling employee relations preferred.
• Experience with Workday or UKG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline HR support for assigned business unit on site.
• Interpret and communicate policies to managers and employees.
• Handle employee questions and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Assist with onboarding of new employees and required documentation.
• Process HRIS changes and transactions in a timely manner.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies with employees and managers.
• Support performance reviews, merit processes and open enrollment.
