Job summary

Best Buy is hiring a Human Resources Senior Coordinator for onsite work in Lancaster, TX. You will coordinate key HR processes, support managers and employees, and use data to suggest improvements that strengthen the employee and candidate experience.

In a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate across teams, handle confidential HR responsibilities, assist with talent acquisition coordination, OSHA reporting, and location-based safety and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, an office environment, or an equivalent background.
• 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a related area.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations and provide HR support to customers and employees.
• Analyze data to propose process improvements.
• Build cross-functional partnerships across teams and with applicants, employees, and leaders.
• Coordinate HR processes through planning, scheduling, data entry, and reporting.
• Maintain high data integrity and manage employee files, payroll, and the step rate program.
• Assist with resolution of issues raised by managers, employees, or applicants.
• Provide administrative support and identify needs for the team.
• Assist with Talent Acquisition for the location, including requisitions and onboarding.
• Collect data for OSHA reporting and support safety compliance.
• Support Health, Wellness, and Social Impact programs.
• Handle high-visibility, sensitive HR responsibilities with supervision.
