Best Buy is seeking a 3PL Operations Senior Specialist to support strategy and continuous improvement of third-party labor programs across stores and virtual channels. 15,000 associates. The position is hybrid, requiring on-site work at the Richfield, MN corporate office Monday–Thursday, with Friday remote work options.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, sales, services, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• 2+ years of experience managing multiple priorities and supporting operational initiatives.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation communication skills.

Job description

As a 3PL Operations Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Best Buy's third-party labor programs. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure vendor-supported programs operate consistently and effectively across our stores and virtual channels. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, operational excellence, and the ability to identify opportunities that improve processes, training, reporting, and field support. You'll help drive a seamless experience for both employees and vendor partners while supporting programs that impact approximately 15,000 associates across the enterprise.

This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota. You can work virtually from home or another non-Best location on Friday. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
