Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new hires and assist with first-day onboarding activities.
• Review onboarding paperwork and documentation.
• Ensure employees have PPE and safety equipment.
• Update employee information within HR systems and timesheets.
• Process employment verification and documentation requests.
• Monitor communications and assist managers with attendance tracking.
• Coordinate drug screening activities and maintain records.
• Support training records and compliance documentation.
