Job summary

Graham Personnel Services seeks an Onsite Recruiter / Workforce Coordinator to support client facilities in manufacturing, distribution, and warehouse environments. You will recruit, onboard, and engage employees while partnering with client leadership to meet staffing needs and promote safe, productive workforces.

In this fast-paced role, you will manage orientations, attendance, and workforce reporting, building strong relationships with employees and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or workforce management.
• Experience with high-volume production or industrial environments.
• Experience with ATS such as Avionté, Bullhorn, TempWorks, or similar.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus for many opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, interview, and onboard qualified candidates for manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and light industrial positions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future staffing needs.
• Partner with hiring managers and client leadership to understand workforce demands and staffing priorities.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees throughout their assignment and support engagement.
• Maintain employee records, attendance tracking, timekeeping, and payroll-related information.
