DATAMARK, Inc. in El Paso, TX is hiring an HR Compliance Analyst to support the organization’s compliance program. You will ensure HR records, processes, and HRIS data meet regulatory and company requirements.

This role collaborates with HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, IT, and Operations to monitor compliance, maintain documentation, and respond to inquiries. Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in HR are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Legal Studies, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• At least seven years in the Human Resources field or related field.
• At least seven years of experience in Human Resources, HR compliance, HR operations, HRIS, or a related field.
• Excellent communication (spoken, written, and presentation)Skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment regulations.
• Experience with an HRIS platform; UKG experience a plus.
• Experience with HR reporting, record audits, or compliance tracking preferred.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or other HR certifications preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor federal, state, and local employment requirements and support updates to HR policies, procedures, documentation, and practices.
• Maintain the HR compliance calendar with filings, notices, audits, and trainings.
• Conduct routine audits of employee records, HRIS data, and compliance documentation to identify gaps.
• Maintain audit-ready HR records in line with retention requirements.
• Support audits, regulatory inquiries, and legal requests by compiling documentation and tracking corrective actions.
• Use HRIS data and dashboards to monitor compliance metrics and regulatory reporting inputs.
• Collaborate with HRIS and various teams to identify data requirements and test changes impacting compliance.
• Develop, review, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and related documentation.
• Coordinate labor law postings, notices, and training.
