Job summary

Pattern Energy Group is seeking an HRIS Analyst to implement, populate, administer, and maintain the company’s primary employee database, ensuring records are compliant, complete, and up to date for end-users and systems. The role involves creating reports and documentation from the HRIS, and supporting audits and data governance.

The position requires a BA/BS in a related field and 2–3 years of HR experience, with strong knowledge of HRIS systems, Excel, and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Fully utilize HR software to the company’s advantage.
• Manage the Employment lifecycle within employee records and databases.
• Enters all new hires, terminations, employee changes within the HRIS.
• Partner with Payroll & Compliance to ensure accuracy between HRIS and Payroll systems.
• Provide information/support for Audits and maintain compliance with laws.
• Create and maintain org charts and assist with HR system troubleshooting.
