Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner for our D2C warehouse facility. This onsite role partners with the General Manager and leadership team to strengthen culture, develop leaders, and support daily operations.

The role requires accelerating talent development, coaching a Site Trainer, and implementing strategy with a focus on workforce planning, recruitment, payroll, and benefits issues at the site level. You will travel up to 25% to support multiple line sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership or related field; or HR training/certifications.
• 1 year progressive HR or related field experience.
• Basic HR legal and compliance knowledge.
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to drive business performance and a safe, inclusive work environment.
• Lead talent management processes including coaching, development plans, and talent reviews.
• Collaborate with Talent HR CoE on recruitment to maintain full staffing.
• Educate stakeholders on compensation structure and pay-for-performance methodologies across the region.
• Support investigations and follow-up actions with senior HR leadership.
• Hire, train, and develop a team of HR professionals and foster teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and reporting at site level.
