Job summary

Reach Logistics, a Pattern company, is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to act as a strategic partner for onboarding, benefits, payroll, leave, performance management, employee relations, and enforcing company policies. This full-time, onsite role is based at the Hebron, KY warehouse, supporting the Back Half Days Shift (ThuSat) 6:am–6:30pm.

You will partner with Operations Managers to plan workforce needs for a site of 650–700 employees, guide HR staff, lead leadership

Qualifications

3–5+ years of HR Generalist experience.
Minimum of a 4-year degree.
Onsite work during designated shift schedule.
High ethical and confidentiality standards.
Strong expertise in employee relations and employment law (EEOC, FMLA, ADA).
Bilingual Spanish and Workday experience strongly preferred.
Experience building culture and employee engagement.
Knowledge of employment law including FLSA, OSHA, ACA.

Responsibilities

Partner strategically with Operations Managers on long-term planning and workforce needs.
Provide guidance to shift HRAs, Coordinators, and Generalists.
Drive leadership development, coaching, performance improvement, and succession planning.
Manage employee relations investigations and ensure legal compliance.
Analyze HR metrics with leadership to improve retention and culture.
Oversee onboarding, benefits liaison, and training programs.
