Surefox North America Inc in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking an experienced full-time Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with program leadership and drive HR strategies for multiple client programs across the United States and future international locations.

The HRBP will manage onboarding, policy guidance, talent reviews, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws.

Qualificações

• 5 years of HR generalist experience in a high-volume/high-growth environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Management, or related field.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws (CA preferred).
• Experience with HRIS (Workday) and payroll processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Assist and advise program leadership on HR practices and policies.
• Maintain accurate HR files and confidentiality.
• Lead onboarding, including I-9s and paperwork.
• Conduct weekly new hire orientations and exit processes.
• Support payroll with off-boarding and final pay tasks.
• Coordinate talent reviews, succession planning, and retention assessments.
• Provide benefits support and HR process improvements.
