Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide generalist HR support for a large hourly population and leaders in Kentucky. You will drive talent management, employee engagement, and process excellence on-site, partnering with stakeholders to improve experience and outcomes.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, leadership coaching, and adoption of HR technology while maintaining strong business partnership across levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns, addressing root causes, and applying policy fairly.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive proactive HR initiatives.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance, and development.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection and advancement.
• Drive adoption of HR technology, AI, and self-service tools to improve user experience.
