Job summary

TP in Maumee, OH is seeking an HR Business Partner to guide operations, coach managers, and drive HR initiatives across the business. You will interpret policies, partner with Knowledge Center, and ensure data integrity in HRIS.

This onsite role requires 5+ years leading HR teams, a Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR, and strong communication. You will support engagement, workforce planning, and compliance with wage, hour, FMLA, and ADA laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of proven success in managing a professional HR team of 10 or more associates.
• Experience partnering with business units to address people problems using HR data.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance to Operations and act as the primary HR point of contact.
• Interpret HR policies and drive HR initiatives and programs.
• Improve work relationships, morale, productivity and retention.
• Ensure data integrity in HRIS and develop reporting tools for HR metrics.
