Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Partner to support People eXperience and Technology (PXT) at a Toledo site. You will drive employee experience, lead engagement initiatives, and coach leaders on HR practices while handling confidential information with discretion.

You will work onsite at an Amazon facility, partnering with site operations to ensure consistent HR processes, data-driven insights, and effective issue resolution, enabling improved employee experiences and operational quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in HR generalist activities or equivalent experience in operations, customer service, retail, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with quality and timeliness, maintaining documentation of HR processes and interactions.
• Provide frontline employee support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues or escalating as needed.
• Facilitate feedback channels and engagement activities to drive improvements in employee experience.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, recognition, and performance conversations.
