Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide day-to-day guidance to the Operations Team and act as the primary HR contact across TP locations. You will coach management, interpret policies, and lead HR initiatives to drive performance and retention.

The role requires 5+ years of HR leadership experience, strong data skills, and the ability to partner across multiple sites. This is a 100% onsite opportunity based in the US, with responsibilities spanning US

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 5+ years managing a professional HR team of 10+ associates.
• HR partner to the business using HR data to address people problems.
• Knowledge of HR federal and state laws (Wage & Hour, FMLA, ADA).
• Proficient with MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Excellent confidentiality, organization, and communication skills.
• English fluency across all levels of staff and management.
• Flexible availability to adapt to business needs.
• Experience with multiple locations or a large workforce preferred.
• Must pass mandatory background checks.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and present HR best practices to continually enhance HR credibility and performance.
• Serve as a point of contact for management on HR policies, programs, and processes.
• Drive HR initiatives and programs across TP based on organizational needs & industry best practices.
• Act as first-line resource to managers on employee and performance management matters.
• Provide professional HR guidance to internal client groups across geographies.
• Assist with implementation and day-to-day management of HR policies at division level.
• Build and maintain relationships with leadership to provide consultation on HR matters.
• Guide on sensitive employee issues to ensure consistent action.
• Assist with company-wide programs (engagement, salary reviews, workforce planning, etc.).
• Facilitate organization and leadership development with employees and managers.
• Partner with Compensation, Knowledge Center, HRIS, Talent Acquisition for improvements.
• Ensure data integrity in HRIS and develop reporting tools for HR metrics.
