You will support personnel and recruiting activities in an onsite warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has HR experience (2 years), recruiting experience (2 years), strong communication, and solid MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support related to personnel and recruiting activities
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR Team to determine staffing needs
• Assist with job postings for vacant positions
• Screen and select candidate's resumes for consideration
• Respond to inquiries from applicants via e-mail, telephone or mail
• Employment verifications
• Perform background and drug tests for candidates
• New Hire Orientations/Onboarding
• Through a "Make it happen" mindset, assist HR Team in ensuring staffing needs are met daily
• Daily attendance tracking
• Be the point of contact for all your employees to handle any issues that may arise
