What You’ll Do
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentation
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR files
- Support recruiting efforts by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Process employee status changes including hires, transfers, pay changes, and terminations
- Assist employees with questions regarding benefits, payroll, HR policies, and procedures
- Support payroll and timekeeping processes by reviewing employee information and helping resolve discrepancies
- Track attendance, leave requests, training records, and compliance documentation
- Assist with benefits enrollments and employee benefit inquiries
- Prepare employment letters, reports, and various HR documents
- Coordinate employee events, training programs, meetings, and engagement activities
- Assist with employee relations documentation and special HR projects
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee and company information
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employee documentation, and HR best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar)
- Experience with Paycom or other HRIS/payroll systems
- Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or industrial environments
