Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS (Oracle preferred) and HR Analytics.
• Expert/advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS (Oracle) and analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of HR processes, metrics, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance end-to-end workforce reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities with actionable recommendations.
• Lead annual and cyclical analytics processes (engagement, onboarding, exit surveys).
• Ensure data accuracy via audits and issue resolution with teammates.
• Create compelling data visualizations to communicate findings.
