OCHIN, a nonprofit leader in health care innovation, is hiring a People Systems & Workforce Analyst to manage HRIS and workforce data, delivering analytics that support talent strategy and operational excellence. You will partner with People Operations, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition to translate data into strategic actions.

This role blends HR technology, data visualization, and governance to ensure accurate data, dashboards, and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HRIS administration, workforce analytics, or related roles.
• Experience developing workforce dashboards and executive reporting.
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills; experience with data governance and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain workforce dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting.
• Administer HRIS platform including configuration, security roles, workflows, and data integrity.
• Build Tableau dashboards and translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Establish data standards and governance; monitor data quality and perform audits.
• Support workforce planning, compensation analytics, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Collaborate with leaders to deliver data-driven solutions and advisory insights.
