Job summary

Qualifications

  • Preferred HR certifications or PMP is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud HR systems and data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage designated HR analytics projects lifecycle from start to finish.
  • Turn business questions into reports and analyses for stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain Workday reports (standard, advanced, composite).
  • Design dashboards and worksheets to support decision-making.
  • Document definitions, logic and data lineage for reports.
