You will partner with stakeholders, gather requirements, and design scalable HRIS solutions to improve processes and governance. A strong background in HR data, reporting, and system implementations is required.

The role is hybrid, based at our Carmel, Indiana location, with opportunities to influence HR technology strategy across the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS/ERP experience
• Experience configuring Workday
• Experience translating business requirements into system solutions
• Strong analytical and reporting skills

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and understand Workday to support the business
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
• Develop reports, dashboards, and HR analytics
• Support system implementations, releases, and enhancements
• Ensure data integrity, security, and governance standards
