Highgate Hotels in Philadelphia is offering an Intern- Operations (Summer 2027) internship. The role provides rotation through multiple hotel departments, starting in June, with hands-on exposure to hospitality operations.

You will learn about the industry while working in a fast-paced, guest‑centric environment. This fully onsite program requires a student who can commit to all shifts, weekends, and holidays in Philadelphia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hotel/Hospitality Management, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business.
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Direct involvement with management and employees and strong communication is required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with feedback to management.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• This is a fully onsite internship; candidates must reside in the internship city for the duration.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with employees and guests in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Attend all hotel meetings and trainings.
• Maintain attendance and uphold Highgate Hotel Standards.
• Assist in problem solving and support hotel operations.
