Job summary

Interior Logic Group is seeking a Customer Service Technician to provide warranty repairs and product installations in Piedmont, SC. The role supports customer service and production operations, including field visits to occupied homes and new constructions.

You will perform repairs, coordinate material handling, and document work while maintaining safety and quality standards. Training and mentoring junior technicians may be required as experience grows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in construction or related trades with increasing responsibility.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, touch-ups and installation-related tasks across multiple trades.
• Travel to local customer locations to perform field service and support.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams about scope and timelines.
• Maintain inventory of parts and materials for field operations.
• Document completed appointments accurately and provide feedback for process improvements.
