Job summary

Interior Logic Group, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician to perform repairs and installations in both occupied homes and new construction sites. You will work closely with customers and production teams to ensure high quality workmanship, safety, and timely completions.

The role requires experience across trades, strong communication, and the ability to mentor junior technicians while maintaining ILG’s safety standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ year of construction/trades experience with increasing responsibility and technical complexity.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance as required by state law.
• Ability to perform repairs and service work in occupied homes.
• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Experience training or mentoring other technicians as experience increases.
• Experience in flooring, cabinetry, or countertops repair across materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, touch-ups, and installation tasks across multiple trades and materials.
• Perform repairs in occupied homes safely and to ILG standards.
• Handle production install logistics, material handling, and coordination.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and materials for field operations.
• Travel to local customer locations to perform field service and support.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to confirm scope, timelines, and expectations.
• Document completed appointments and organize workflow efficiently.
• Provide feedback to internal teams on product quality and installation methods.
• Mentor and support less experienced technicians as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
