Job summary

HouseWorks, LLC is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for clients and caregivers in your region, ensuring timely staffing and high-quality care. You will supervise caregivers and coordinate schedules, while maintaining clear documentation in the EMR.

You should have at least 1 year in homecare or healthcare, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse personalities. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in homecare or healthcare preferred.
• Minimum 1 year handling scheduling for clients preferred.
• Strong written and oral communications.
• Ability to work with a wide range of personalities in a diverse environment.
• Strong computer skills, including EMR and spreadsheet review.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign client schedules and complete supervisor tasks on time.
• Coordinate new client referrals for timely staffing and keep leaders informed.
• Coordinate caregiver schedules to promote consistency and meet budget.
• Investigate and resolve client scheduling complaints with supervisor support.
• Document interactions with clients and caregivers in the EMR.
• Communicate recruiting needs and participate in recruitment activities as needed.
• Handle phone interactions efficiently and courteously.
