RealManage Elevated Onsite, a division of RealManage, is seeking an Onsite General Manager in Schertz, TX. The role leads day‑to‑day HOA operations, reporting to the Board, and coordinating with committees and residents to uphold service standards.

The position requires 3–5 years HOA management experience, a bachelor’s preferred (associates acceptable with relevant experience), and strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills. Competitive benefits and growth await.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years HOA management experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; associates acceptable with experience.
• CMCA/AMS/PCAM certifications are a plus.
• Strong leadership, supervision and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to read and explain financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the HOA/association as COO.
• Develop and manage annual operating, cash, and capital budgets.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for the Board.
• Coordinate strategic plans with the Board and committees.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain assets.
