Job summary

Rise Association Management Group is seeking an On-Site General Manager in Houston to lead a premier condominium community. You will provide strategic management, direction, and leadership for daily operations, overseeing maintenance, deed restrictions, client communication, and project management to deliver exceptional service.

You will interact with residents, the Board, and vendors, ensuring strong relationships, timely resolutions, and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with direct reports.
• Minimum 2 years in property management.
• General understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and operations of the Association in line with management agreements, policies, and procedures.
• Manage property maintenance, deed restriction enforcement, budget oversight, and legal matters.
• Organize and attend client meetings, typically in the evenings.
• Serve as liaison between the Association Board, homeowners, and vendors.
• Conduct regular facility inspections for compliance with maintenance and deeds.
