RealManage Elevated Onsite is seeking an Onsite General Manager in Doral, FL. The role requires strong leadership, guest/member service, and solid budgeting experience within HOA settings. CAM license and CMCA certification are required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

The GM will manage vendor relationships, oversee staff, develop annual operating budgets, and ensure compliance with Board policies. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years HOA management experience required.
• Florida CAM license and CMCA certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; associates or relevant experience acceptable.
• Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, delegate, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain high visible presence to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee vendor relationships and monitor contracts.
• Prepare monthly board packets and notices.
• Lead budgeting and capital planning for the association.
• Develop long-range business plans aligned with bylaws.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
