Job summary

RealManage is seeking a General Manager to act as COO for a Condominium Association. You will direct daily operations, oversee department managers, and drive annual budgets with Board alignment.

The role emphasizes member service, policy compliance, and strategic planning in a multifaceted community. Qualified candidates have 5+ years HOA/COA management, onsite experience in high-rises, SIRS proficiency, and CAM licensing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years HOA/COA management experience, onsite required.
• 2–3 years high-rise experience, 8+ floors.
• Experience with SIRS required.
• Florida CAM license required.
• AMS/CMCA designation preferred.
• Experience managing amenity-rich communities (pool, spa, fitness, club room).
• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven hiring, supervising and staff development abilities, with focus on growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and coordinate all department managers.
• Develop annual operating, cash, and capital budgets and monitor execution.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for the Board of Directors.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and resident service standards.
• Maintain high visibility in the community and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with Board on strategic plans and long-range goals.
