Job summary

RealManage is seeking a General Manager to serve as the COO of the Condominium Association. The role leads day-to-day operations, directs department managers, and collaborates with the Board to align policies with long-range plans.

The ideal candidate has extensive HOA/COA experience, strong budgeting skills, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset to drive member satisfaction and community standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years HOA/COA management experience – onsite required.
• Two to three (2-3) years of high-rise experience, minimum 8+ floors.
• Florida CAM license required.
• AMS Certification and CMCA designation preferred.
• Experience managing amenity-rich communities (pool, spa, fitness center, club room, kitchen).

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections to maintain safety, courtesy, cleanliness and efficiency.
• Maintain high visibility and exceptional customer service addressing member inquiries and feedback.
• Direct department managers and oversee annual operating, cash and capital budgets.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for the Board of Directors and coordinate long-range plans.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and programs defined by the Board of Directors.
