Job summary

CAMS is seeking an On-site Community Manager (HOA Management) to support three active adult (55+) communities in the Raleigh, NC area. This position will split time between all three associations, with the Community Manager rotating between communities and working on-site at a different location each day.

As a Community Manager, you will build relationships with your HOA board of directors and work to provide them with the guidance and management oversight necessary for their association.

Qualifications

• Formal education or professional work experience in Community Management or related field.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to adapt to varying tasks.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Ability to create and maintain a budget.
• Ability to review and analyze financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with the HOA board of directors and homeowners of 3 Associations.
• Supervise on-site staff: Lifestyle Directors and facilities, maintenance staff members.
• Schedule and prepare for regular board meetings.
• Respond to homeowner needs in a timely manner.
• Prepare and present the annual budget to the board of directors.
• Analyze monthly financial reports, and create variance reports for the board of directors.
• Create monthly management reports.
• Contact and coordinate vendors for community maintenance and special projects.
• Oversee daily operations of the HOAs.
