Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Management, Finance, or related field).
• 3–5+ years of HOA/COA or property management experience.
• Strong understanding of HOA/COA governance, operations, and board relations.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing performance.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgets, reserves, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage Community Association Managers and support staff.
• Oversee daily operations across assigned HOA/COA communities.
• Ensure consistent service delivery, operational standards, and compliance.
• Serve as senior escalation point for boards, communities, and internal teams.
• Support CAMs in board relations, governance, and meeting management.
• Drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationship building.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and fiscal accountability.
• Support budget preparation, reserve planning, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, state statutes, and regulations.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Support onboarding and transition of new communities.
• Identify operational efficiencies and process improvements.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service performance.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, service, and accountability.
