Job summary

Leland Management is seeking an onsite Community Association Manager for a community in Homosassa Springs, FL. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with competitive salaries and excellent benefits.

You will oversee Association Deed Restrictions, work with volunteers and committees, and assist the General Manager in coordinating management tasks and board directives. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (college coursework preferred) and CAM license is a plus, with HOA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework/degree preferred.
• Licensed CAM preferred.
• Experience with HOA CC&R's preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors at the management office.
• Assist Deed Restrictions Committee with compliance issues.
• Know and apply Architectural Guidelines and governing documents.
• Inspect community areas for compliance.
• Track violations and maintain violation files.
• Prepare correspondence between committees and homeowners.
• Attend committee meetings and assist with minutes.
• Coordinate with Common Area and Deed Restrictions committees.
