Qualifications

  • 2 years of active Florida LCAM license is required.
  • 2 years of experience in community association management is required.
  • Strong knowledge of condominium and HOA operations and Florida Statutes.
  • Experience with vendor management, budgeting, and administrative oversight.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software; CINC is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary liaison to Developer and Board Members and provide operational guidance.
  • Coordinate and facilitate Board meetings, including agendas, reports, and follow-ups.
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and maintenance personnel to ensure service quality and efficiency.
  • Enforce community rules, regulations, and governing documents.
  • Supervise onsite staff and support operational workflows.
  • Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and administrative reporting.
  • Respond to resident concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance community operations.
  • Participating in ongoing training, meetings, and professional development activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job description
