Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, cash flow, and annual operating expenditures for the Association.
• Direct financial planning, reserve funds, and capital expenditures with the Board.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and implement Board policies.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for the Board and members.
• Lead staff development, set short- and long-term operating plans.
