LCAM license, vendor management, budgeting, and excellent organizational skills are essential for success in this on-site role.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Active Florida LCAM license required.
• 1 year of experience in community association management required, 2 years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of condo/HOA operations and Florida Statutes.
• Experience with budgeting and administrative oversight.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CINC software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned condominium or homeowners’ associations.
• Serve as primary liaison to Board Members and provide operational guidance.
• Coordinate and facilitate Board meetings, including agendas, reports, and follow-ups.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff to ensure service quality.
• Enforce community rules, regulations, and governing documents.
• Supervise onsite staff and support operational workflows.
• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
• Respond to resident concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Identify and implement process improvements for community operations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
