The successful candidate will have strong writing and communication skills, be comfortable with budgets, and manage calendars, documents, and newsletters while supporting board meetings and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree preferred but not required
• 1-2 years of administrative experience
• Excellent customer service and written communication
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to review budgets and financial statements
• Strong organizational skills and reliability
• Professional, personable demeanor

Responsibilities

• Assist homeowners and residents with inquiries and maintenance concerns
• Prepare proposals for community projects and take minutes at board meetings
• Update association websites and communicate with board members
• Process monthly billing and distribute newsletters
• Create and manage work orders and coordinate with vendors
• Support on-site operations and maintain item trackers
