PMP Management is seeking an Onsite Assistant General Manager for the Gateview HOA in Albany, CA. The role involves front-facing duties with board members, homeowners, and residents, delivering top-tier customer service and organizational support.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of handling budgeting insights, communication tasks, and maintenance coordination in a fast-paced community setting.

Qualifications

• 4 Year College Degree preferred but not required.
• 1-2 Years of experience in an administrative role preferred.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist homeowners and residents with general inquiries and maintenance concerns.
• Prepare for Board Meetings including packet assembly and minutes.
• Update association websites and post meeting information and email blasts.
• Handle monthly billing and newsletters.
• Create work orders and follow up with vendors.
• Additional duties as assigned.
