• Experience leading managers or multiple teams in a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Community Management team with the General Manager.
• Coach and develop Supervisors to support their teams effectively.
• Improve accountability, communication, and follow-through across the organization.
• Build scalable processes, reporting, and operational rhythms.
• Partner on hiring, performance management, and employee development.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience and strengthen board relationships.
• Use data to support operational decisions and continuous improvement.
