Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of the Community Management team with the General Manager.
Coach and develop Supervisors to support their teams effectively.
Improve accountability, communication, and follow-through across the organization.
Build scalable processes, reporting, and operational rhythms.
Partner on hiring, performance management, and employee development.
Identify opportunities to improve client experience and strengthen board relationships.
Use data to support operational decisions and continuous improvement.
